Know that you are having a professional spa procedure. Enjoy it and let others to take care of yourself. Relax, this is a time for you and for your body, distance yourself from your everyday problems.

A pleasant and relaxing spa experience for every customer in accordance with their wishes succeeds, if certain recommendations and guidelines are followed.

  • Reserve your procedures beforehand; 
  • If you are unable to come in the reserved time, please inform us immediately; 
  • Arrive before the procedure starts (5-10 min), so that you have time to attune yourself for the coming procedure and to change your clothes in an unhurried way. Unfortunately, in a case of late arrival your procedure will be shorter or may be cancelled; 
  • Always take your treatment card and a towel with you when going to a procedure; 
  • Dress comfortably, remove all jewellery and your wrist watch when going to your procedure - they can make your procedure uncomfortable or even painful; 
  • Undressing is required for the whole body treatments like massages, different baths, body care procedures etc.; 
  • For your maximum comfort, please give feedback to your procedure provider during the procedure – are you comfortable, do you have any problematic areas, is it too cold or too warm, is the procedure painful or not, and so forth; 
  • Respect other spa visitors and speak quietly in public spa areas; 
  • If you are visiting with children, please do not leave them unsupervised; 
  • Spa procedures are not compatible with drugs/alcohol. Service providers have the right to refuse to treat intoxicated clients, and services reserved and paid in advance shall not be refunded.

When planning a spa vacation we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand in case of the following conditions or disorders:

  • cardio-vascular problems, high or low blood pressure
  • tumours
  • pregnancy
  • osteoporosis
  • diabetes
  • asthma
  • renal and other internal diseases
  • epilepsy
  • psychotic conditions
  • bleeding tendency, coagulation disorders
  • blood diseases
  • AIDS or HIV.

Spa procedures are prohibited in case of the following health conditions and diseases:

  • fever and/or viral infection or other contagious diseases;
  • contagious skin diseases.
