Tervise Paradiis spa-hotel, including spa treatments and restaurants, is open!
Please note! Until 31.05.2020, our water park, sauna center, bowling and Neptun Grill remain closed.
In addition to all the requirements of the Health Board, we will follow the guidelines below until 31.08.2020:
- We guarantee guests the opportunity to disinfect their hands at all hotel entry and exit points, as well as at service counters.
- There are signs at the service counters to keep the 2 meters distance from other customers while waiting in line.
- We follow the 2+2 rule and ask our customers to not move in individual groups of no more than two people. This does not apply to families moving together.
- We use pictorial guidelines to remind our customers about the health standards at this special time.
- In case of doubt, all customers and staff can check the body temperature at the hotel reception contactlessly.
- The number of seats in the restaurants has been reduced.
- Cold meals, salads and sweets are served to the customer in covered portions. Hot meals are served on request. All necessary cutlery and ordered drinks are served to the customer by a waiter.
