PERIOD CARDS

All friends of Tervise Paradiis who are keen users of the services of our sports centre can obtain a period card or a 10-time card. Sports lovers used to a dense exercise schedule can save on every exercise thanks to the period or 10-time cards. The amount of savings depends on the frequency of workouts. The more you work out, the more you save!

PERIOD CARD HOLDER’S REMINDER

  • The validity period of the card is 30, 60 or 90 days starting from the purchasing date. 
  • The period card is valid for one person only on the basis of an identification document. 
  • The period card entitles the holder to one visit per day. 
  • The validity period of a card is to be extended in the following cases:
    *sickness of the holder (by submitting a copy of the sick leave certificate),
    *application of the holder (business trip, vacation, etc.). 
  • The validity period is to be extended by the amount of absent days, but not more than for two weeks in case of a 30-day card, three weeks in case of a 60-day card and four weeks in case of a 90-day card. We ask you to notify us of your extension wish by calling +372 445 1666 or by sending an e-mail to: veekeskus@spa.ee.
  • In buying the service for the first time, the customer is asked to pay a deposit of 50 EEK / 3.20 €, which will be refunded to the customer upon returning the card to the water park.
  • We ask you to notify us of the loss of your card at your earliest convenience by calling the water park at +372 445 1666 or by sending an e-mail to: veekeskus@spa.ee.
  • In case of loss of the card, the customer has to pay 50 EEK / 3.20 € for a new card.

WARNING! The card does not stand high temperature or mechanical damage. 
 

REMINDER FOR A 10-TIME CARD HOLDER

  • The validity period of a 10-time card is 60 days from its purchasing date.
  • The 10-time card is valid for one person only on the basis of an identification document.
  • The 10-time card allows you access to the following workouts and zones:
    • all group workouts (except for special events),
    • fitness room,
    • swimming pool,
    • water park (two visits will be counted off). 
  • The 10-time discount card is available to all holders of a student ID and pension certificate of the Republic of Estonia and also to ISIC and ITIC card holders.
  • In buying the service for the first time, the customer is asked to pay a deposit of 50 EEK, which will be refunded to the customer upon returning the card to the water park.
  • In case of loss of the card, the customer has to pay 50 EEK / 3.20 €, for a new card.
  • It is also allowed to visit several zones in one day.
  • In case of loss of the card or expiration of the validity period of the card, the unused times will not be refunded.
