FITNESS ROOM

The spacious fitness room on the 2nd floor of Tervise Paradiis is open seven days a week.

There are Gym80 simulators and Technogym cardio equipment waiting just for you. Guests can also use a separate locker room and a shower room.

Following the advice of your personal instructor, you can draw up your personal exercise program.
A circular training in the fitness room is one of our greatest hits.
