Healing treatment procedures in Tervise Paradiis are at your service! The treatment packages take into account your different needs. With the help of our qualified doctors’ advice you can select the procedures that will suit you best in our packages.

Health from the spa (starting with 4 nights)

Good health is the cornerstone of complete happiness. Therefore, it is important to pay constant attention to your health and notice whenever it needs a little bit of fostering. There is a wide range of excellent opportunities to take care of one’s health under the professional care of the staff in Tervise Paradiis. You will get competent advice here and suitable health promotion for prevention and relief of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular diseases and many other problems. It is recommended to stay for a longer holiday and the benefits will be even greater.

• good advice from our experienced doctors (recurrent medical counselling if you stay for at least 5 nights)

In case of treatment holiday with at least 10 nights, you get a discount of 100 EEK per day.

Children up to and including 11 years of age receive 40% off the usual treatment procedure prices in the spa treatment package.

A curative day with therapies 

Professional spa therapy for those who do not need accommodation in the Tervise Paradiis Hotel. A broad choice of curative procedures for the alleviation of different diseases.

The package includes:

• up to 3 different relaxing procedures per day from the following:
  o Mo-Sa exercises in water, therapeutic exercises, individual therapeutic exercises or stick walking with a supervisor,
  o herbal-pearl bath,
  o paraffin-ozokerite therapy,
  o Charcot shower, Scottish shower or fan shower,
  o whirlpool bath for hands or feet,
  o underwater shower massage,
  o stretch therapy (with doctor's recommendation),
  o ultrasound therapy (with doctor's recommendation),
  o magnetotherapy (with doctor's recommendation),
  o electrotherapy (with doctor's recommendation),
  o inhalation therapy,
  o classic massage, 23 min,
  o doctor's consultation, 
• doctor's consultation for patients who have therapy for 4 days as a minimum,
